The order follows several steps:

• Immediately after placing your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. This is generated automatically and does not constitute an order confirmation.
• Within approx. 1 - 3 days (later for complex / larger orders) you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. The order confirmation will show the final order value including any surcharges, packaging and transport costs. Your terms of payment as well as the current delivery time for your order can also be found as usual in the order confirmation.
• The information on the delivery time in the product center is to be understood as a guideline and is dependent on the availability of the installed components.
